Diving

Four Manitoban's are participating in the 1m Female Springboard, while another four males from Manitoba are taking part in the 3m Springboard. Catch all the diving action at Pan Am Pool.

Springboard 1m (F):

  • 10:00 a.m. - preliminary
  • 3:30 p.m. - final

Springboard 3m (M):

  • 12:40 p.m. - preliminary
  • 5:15 p.m. - final

Basketball

It's semi-final action, and Team Manitoba is still alive on the female side. The winners of the games today on the female side will go to the final and battle for gold. The female Team Manitoba lost to Team Ontario 70-60 earlier in the tournament.

Semi-final (F) at Duckworth Centre:

  • 5:15 p.m. - AB vs QC
  • 8:00 p.m. - MB vs ON

  • 7:45 p.m. - AB vs BC

Beach Volleyball

It's quarter final action on the sand as Team Manitoba looks to continue their winning ways, having only lost once on both the female and male side during the round robin.

Quarter-final (M) at Sargent Park Beach Volleyball Centre:

  • 7:00 p.m. - NS vs NL

Quarter-final (F) at Sargent Park Beach Volleyball Centre:

Northern Territories Night

The Festival continues to run at The Forks every day, focusing on a different province or territory in Canada. Today, it's the highly anticipated Northern Territories Night, with music, culture and family fun from the northern part of Canada.
