The Children's Hospital Book Market has set yet another record.

The popular book sale which took place over three days at St. Vital Centre this past weekend, managed to raise over $243,000 which beats last September's results.

The record for the largest sale ever was set back in April, when close to 400 volunteers gathered to help raise $274,660.

Since its inception, the Book Market has raised over $8 million in support of child health care in Manitoba and received numerous awards including

The Children’s Hospital Book Market was established in 1961 and is the longest-running fundraiser in support of the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba.

The next sale is April 2019.
