Christian artist and worship pastor Ke'Erron says, "I want to paint the picture of Jesus through my life and music."

One of his first singles was "Every Promise" released three years ago, with a live recording of the song on his upcoming album released in the next few weeks.

In a recent interview with Turning Point Media Relations, Ke'Erron says, "'Every Promise' has been very personal to me, reminding me of God's faithfulness and consistent love in times of uncertainty."

The artist was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis in 2017.

After that diagnosis, he says, "I heard the Lord speak to my heart and tell me that I wouldn't be sick forever. After feeling His assurance, I realized God has my best interests in mind, and that nothing happens in my world that is unseen by Him. My prayer is that this song will serve as a reminder of God's faithfulness--He is a faithful friend and faithful Father."

The disease can come with a myriad of symptoms, including pain in the abdomen, weight loss, and fatigue.

"I have high and low days, and they all challenge me to lean on God's understanding and not my own. I've had to look to and depend on Him for my peace and strength on this journey."

Ke'Erron was born in Trinidad and raised by his great-grandmother. He moved to the U.S. at a young age and shares how he experienced the Father's love for the first time at the age of 11, which changed his life.

He has a new studio album, "Better with You" hitting airwaves on September 18. The new album is filled with songs of Ke'Erron's journey in life and with his disease.

"These songs came from that place; I want to paint the picture of Jesus through my life and music."

Right now, Ke'Erron serves as a worship pastor in Baytown, Texas at a church called Faith Family Church.
