A 19-year-old is facing a Manslaughter charge after a rush-hour dispute ended in a fatal stabbing.

On July 23 at Lagimodiere Boulevard and Fermor Avenue, two drivers became engaged in road rage and pulled into a nearby northwest corner parking lot to settle the dispute.

The verbal disagreement escalated and 43-year-old Ryan Kely Legary was stabbed. The man was brought to hospital in critical condition but then died from his injuries.

A 19-year-old from Winnipeg was brought into custody on Thursday and is now being detained with a Manslaughter charge.
