The streets of Steinbach were louder than usual on Sunday due to wailing sirens.
On Sunday, first responders took to the street to show their support for healthcare workers during the pandemic.
RCMP cruisers, followed by fire crews sporting homemade "Thank You" signs on the front of their vehicles, drove past Bethesda Hospital and several seniors facilities spreading cheer.
RCMP Manitoba says the first-responders did this as a demonstration for "all of the health care workers working tirelessly."
Provincial authorities are pledging to "stay strong" despite changes to operations due to the pandemic.
