After finding the remains of a missing woman, the Winnipeg Police Service says they have identified a suspect.

Thirty-five-year-old Danielle Harper was reported as missing after last being seen in the 800 block of Main Street on July 11. On July 29, the Winnipeg Police Service said they found her body in the 700 block of Manitoba Avenue on July 23.

Harper's remains were found inside a home in the area. At the time, police said it was suspicious in nature.
