CAA Manitoba closed their Worst Roads campaign by announcing the winners (or losers), as well as this year's most improved roads.

The sixth annual Worst Roads campaign saw 8,400 votes cast for 712 roads across the province, including votes for the most improved road.

In Winnipeg, St. James Street was named the most improved road. "It's nice to see that Winnipeggers acknowledge how much work has been done on St. James Street since it was first given the top Worst Roads title in 2012," said Mike Mager, President of CAA Manitoba.

Outside the city, the TransCanada Highway 1 has named most improved, demonstrating the amount of work the province of Manitoba has put into making the road safer and more comfortable.

Provincial Road 239 in Faulkner claimed the title of Manitoba's Worst Road, while Chevrier Boulevard was named the Worst Road in Winnipeg.
