One kilometre of the major roadway will close September 13.

Bishop Grandin Boulevard, in both directions, between Lakewood Boulevard and Shorehill Drive is closed September 13 to 15.

The City of Winnipeg says Bishop Grandin, "Will be completely closed to eastbound and westbound traffic starting at 6 p.m. on Friday, September 13 for a railway crossing reconstruction. Bishop Grandin Boulevard will reopen at 11 p.m. on Sunday, September 15."

Motorists should allow additional travel time to get to their destinations as they will need to use alternate routes such as the Perimeter Highway or Fermor Avenue.
