Portage la Prairie RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating a 42-year-old man who has been missing since late August. Terrance Spence was last seen on August 27, 2025, and was reported missing three days later, on August 30. Police say there has been no contact with him since, and both the RCMP and his family are concerned for his well-being. Spence is described as 5'8" with a heavy build. He is known to frequent Brandon, Sandy Bay First Nation, Winnipeg, and Portage la Prairie.
