A group of Winnipeg Jets stepped off the ice on Wednesday to brighten the day for some children and youth.

Some players made their way to Winnipeg's Rehabilitation Centre for Children, while others visited Winnipeg's Children's Hospital.

The annual trip brought smiles to the faces of the young fans and their families.

Adam Lowry, Neal Pionk and Brenden Dillon are just some of the players who took time out of their day to make this visit happen.

The Winnipeg Jets are back in action Friday when they take on the Buffalo Sabres at Canada Life Centre.
