As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, people are turning to the Bible in record numbers. That includes people from all walks of life and spiritual backgrounds.

"It's actually been pretty incredible," Ryan Rempel says about the past month for his ministry, Give The Word. Rempel's job is pretty simple: give away as many Bibles as he can, and find people to help pay for those Bibles.

While he's had to bring meetings with partners and donors to a halt he says that the other side of his job is increasing every day.

"We've seen a huge influx of people inquiring about the Word, about wanting to get a Bible for themself. And then, also, a huge influx of people who are taking opportunities, or using this pandemic as an opportunity to share the Gospel and asking for Bibles."

ting project, which she declined because of her new Christian faith. As the woman explained her reasoning the psychic was understanding, Rempel says.

The woman told Rempel "Then (the psychic) called me the next day and said 'I had this crazy vision from God where Jesus said 'In my house are many, many rooms.' What does that mean?'"

Give The Word was able to get her a Help Finder Bible which outlines over 600 sections for different life events and questions. The psychic called the woman back to let her know that after reading through the Scriptures she dedicated her life to Jesus and left behind her new age spirituality.

While the psychic may not have seen her life taking that kind of turn it's a story that Rempel hears all the time because of people stepping out and sharing their faith, and Bibles, with others.
