Traffic is flowing on most of King Edward Street after emergency closures.
Northbound Route 90 between Dublin Avenue and Logan Avenue is now open to traffic. There are delays in the area.
Southbound between Logan Avenue and Notre Dame Avene remains closed due to repairs. Crews are on the scene.
The Winnipeg Police Service is on the scene following a serious situation on King Edward Street.
Earlier, police were asking people to avoid Route 90 between Notre Dame Avenue, Keewatin Street, and Buhr Boulevard due to a natural gas leak.
