Police say a 26-year-old woman was walking in Weston when three men approached, sexually assaulting her.

On Friday at three a.m, a woman walking in the area of Logan Avenue and Vine Street was approached by three unknown men. The men then seriously sexually assaulted.

The woman was then transported to the hospital where she was treated and released.

Police say they responded to the report of the assault at 11:55 a.m.

Now, authorities are looking for three male suspects.

The first suspect is believed to be in his 30s, Indigenous, 5’ 6”- 5’7", and of a medium build. Police say he was wearing a black hoodie, baseball cap, possibly Raptors colours, baggy jean shorts and black shoes.

The second suspect is believed to be younger-looking, Indigenous, and of a slim build. Police say he was wearing a black hoodie, black sweatpants, and black shoes. At the time of the sexual assault, he was carrying a crossbody bag and was wearing a blue surgical mask.

The third suspect is between 30-40 years old and has a tattoo under his left eye. He was wearing a hat, a black zip-up sweater with words on the back, black pants, and black shoes.

The trio fled eastbound, in the south lane of Gallagher Street, east of the railway tracks.

Police are looking for witnesses in the area between the hours of  2:30 a.m and 4:00 a.m, as well as possible video footage.
