A portion of Portage Avenue has reopened following a serious crash Thursday morning.
The collision happened just after 1 a.m. at the intersection of Portage Avenue and Carlton Street.
An armoured truck could be seen on its side, with serious damage to the front end.
Portage Avenue and Carlton Street were closed for a few hours, but have since been reopened.
There is no word on injuries at this time.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
West Bound Portage at Hargrave has now reopened to traffic. Be aware that the far right lane remains closed for now (06:30) with the expectation it will also reopen in an hour or so. Traffic flow has returned to normal on Carlton as well.
