Update: A Winnipeg man has died from injuries obtained from an officer-involved shooting.
Following a call about a domestic issue, the police arrived to a St. John's home early this morning.
While responding, the call escalated, resulting in the shooting of a 36-year-old man.

Winnipeg police were involved in a second shooting Thursday, just 11 hours after the first claimed the life of a teenage girl.
The Winnipeg Police Service says in a release that police were called to a report of a man armed with a firearm. The call was to a residence in the 300 block of Anderson Avenue, just after 4:30 a.m.
The WPS says an officer-involved shooting occurred after they responded.
The Independent Investigation Unit of Manitoba (IIU) has been notified.
