UPDATE: The two brothers have been safely located, according to police.

FORMERLY: Two brothers have been missing for four days, and police believe they are with their father.

Manitoba RCMP says that the Neepawa RCMP were first contacted on August 6 after the two boys were not returned to their mother following a legal parental visit with their father. Officers have been actively searching for the boys since that date.

The Manitoba RCMP is now asking for public assistance in locating the two boys to confirm their safety.

The children were possibly last seen in Portage la Prairie on the morning of August 10, 2018. They may now be in Winnipeg or the surrounding area.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Neepawa RCMP at 204-476-7338.
