Five people, including three teenagers, are facing numerous charges following four violent robberies in northern Manitoba.

Flin Flon RCMP says they responded to the robberies between July 23 and August 2. Three of the robberies were of individuals who were assaulted, including being sprayed with bear spray in some cases. Suspects also used machetes. A business was also robbed on August 2.

A 17-year-old male who was involved in all four robberies is facing over 20 charges including robbery with a weapon, and 10 counts of fail to comply.

A 16-year-old female, 18-year-old male, 20-year-old female, and 23-year-old female are also facing charges in relation to the robberies.

The RCMP says that no other suspects are outstanding.
