A joint investigation with RCMP led police to the security footage of a missing man alongside two other people, and police are asking if anyone can identify them.
Bud Paul, a 56-year-old male from Winnipeg, was reported missing to the Winnipeg Police Service on August 7, 2020.
On August 1, police saw Paul on security footage at the Manitoba Liquor Control Commission store in Neepawa, Man.
Paul was with two individuals in the liquor store. It is believed that he traveled with those individuals from Neepawa to Dauphin in his red Chevrolet Trax with Manitoba license plate KHE 314.
