Praise Explosion is making its way to Winnipeg once again with incredible performances lined up.

Everyone is welcome to one of the largest worship gatherings of the year in Winnipeg. Praise Explosion is an annual event that began during the pandemic in 2020 where people can come together and worship God as it calls for in scripture.

"When praises go up, blessings come down," says Bunmi Praise, one of the performing artists at the event. "The Lord wants a revival where everyone will come together to praise and worship him, not segregating from this denomination and from that denomination. No, God wants everyone to come together."

The worship artist says this year's event will be awesome, and that God is going to move through Winnipeg tomorrow. There will be deliverance and healing.

There are also some incredibly talented performers lined up to sing at this year's event, including Albertan gospel artist Kola Bekes, Winnipeg gospel rapper Emmanuel B., young rapper Oboise, Bunmi Praise herself and local talent Jake Fretz.

Other performances will come from the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra, a dance group from NextGen Worship Centre, live staged drama and more.

The Red Carpet starts at 3 p.m., and the doors will open at 4 p.m. at the Glory and Peace Church (1296 Main Street) on Saturday, June 24. This is a free event that welcomes everyone.

"We want to praise and worship God under one roof, in one heart, and in one voice."
