The City of Winnipeg is preparing for a potential Canada Post work stoppage. 

A potential work stoppage at Canada Post could begin on September 26, 2018. The City of Winnipeg is preparing for the potential stoppage by advising residents on alternate ways to access and use City services.

This also includes the upcoming civic election. A work stoppage would delay delivery of voter's notice cards. However, notice cards are not required to vote, nor to they form a piece of identification. Use the City's website or phone 311 to find out where you can vote and what you will need.

Assessment and Taxation

You can pay property and/or business taxes online, through your bank, or in person.

Winnipeg Public Library

Members who receive mail notices are being advised to more to the Library's online account service. Members can also call any library branch to learn more.

Water and Waste

Utility bills must continue to be paid by their due date. Bills can be paid online, at an authorized agent, or in person. 

Winnipeg Parking Authority

Ticket payments can be made online, by phone, or in person. Outstanding fines are required to be paid despite the disruption in service.
