RCMP are seeking assistance in locating a missing 16-year-old girl. 

Steinbach RCMP says that Noreen Kyla Osborne was last seen on February 28, 2019, in the Steinbach area.

Osborne is described as 5' 6", 133 lbs, brown eyes and long hair (colour may vary).

Police say that they believe Osborne is in the Winnipeg area.
