Manitoba sees several school closures as snow and freezing rain impacts the region

Several schools are closed Thursday morning as snow, rain, and freezing drizzle make for a treacherous drive. 

Southern Manitoba has seen many forms of precipitation over the past few days, including heavy snowfall today.

Inside the city, roads are slushy and, in some places, slippery. Outside of Winnipeg, highways are snow, ice and slush-covered.
