Manitoba's health minister says the province has reached a milestone in COVID-19 inoculations, with more than 30 per cent of people 18 and older having received at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine.

Heather Stefanson announced yesterday that more than 400-thousand vaccine doses have been administered.

On Friday, the Manitoba government announced expanded vaccine eligibility to all adults aged 18 and older who live in three communities in Winnipeg.

People who work in specific public-facing roles in those communities are also eligible.
