It's been five years since Lauren Daigle released an album and fans are thrilled to hear the first single off her upcoming self-titled album.

The single 'Thank God I Do' was released on March 8, 2023, which also happened to be International Women's Day.

"This is my most precious project," says Daigle. "It's got fun moments, solemn moments, extrovert moments, and introvert moments. And I'm just thrilled about taking my songwriting further on this record than anything I've done previously."

For years Daigle worked with the label Centricity Music. However, last month she announced that she signed on with Atlantic Records, the same company that manages Carrie Underwood.

Part one of her self-titled album, Lauren Daigle, will be released on May 12 with 10 songs. A second part of the album including 10 more singles will be released later in 2023 with no date set at the moment.

On top of singing soulful songs on stage, off stage Daigle continues to share her compassion and philanthropy with many. Her non-profit called The Price Fund helped raise and donate almost $700,000 last year helping children reach their potential, among other causes.
