"I'm not one of those people who can tour and write at the same time," says Daigle, who is now in a season of writing.

Daigle posted a new video to Facebook letting her fans know that new music is coming out soon.

"I've just had so much fun this Spring. I've met a lot of new people and because of these friendships, I've actually been writing quite a bit."

Her award-winning album Look Up Child came out three years ago in 2018. Daigle has released a few singles since, but no new album. 

"I've been so excited to get back into the writing space again,' says Daigle who isn't able to write and tour simultaneously. Daigle says she spent roughly two years touring, and this is now a season to write. 

There is no date set for a new album yet, however, her latest single 'Hold On to Me' has risen on the charts since its release in late February 2021.
