A Southern gospel group made up of siblings is happy to "give God all the glory" for their Grammy nomination for Best Roots Gospel Album.

The Erwins are made up of Keith, Kody, Kris, and Katie Erwin, three brothers and a sister, all in the 20s. Performing is something they grew up doing, as their parents have served as full-time evangelists for more than 40 years.

This is their first Grammy nomination for their album What Christmas Really Means, but they did take home a Dove Award last year.

"It's just amazing," says Keith during an interview with CBN. "We give God all the glory to be in this position and to be where He's placed us is just an amazing honor."

The Erwins took the first portion of time during the pandemic to spend with their families. During the last half, they've been in the studio writing a new album.

"We are completely done with it and we cannot wait for everyone to hear what we have been working so hard on," says Katie. "We've invested so much time into this music we're about to release and we're so excited...more than ever."

They've released nine musical projects starting back in 2011.

"The acknowledgment means so much," Keith says. "It makes us want to work harder knowing that this title will be with our ministry for the rest of our careers and we just give God praise for just that title of 'Grammy-nominated' and it's going to put us in a position of even more responsibility for our work ethic and we're up to the task."
