Some nice temperatures on the way, and unlike what is usually expected for a Manitoba spring break, there are no major storms expected.

C-moss accredited weather forecaster Chris Sumner explains that for the week of spring break there is, "a fair amount of sunshine in the forecast, daytime highs three to six degrees above average for this time of year. Plus 4 is our average daytime high and we're expecting daytime highs of seven to 12 degrees by the time we get to the weekend."

Most Manitobans will agree with Sumner that "the best part of this forecast, that traditional spring break storm we typically receive, I don't see anything like that in our forecast models for the next five to seven days."
