As of Thursday, February 28, at 7:00 a.m. vehicles are once again allowed to be parked overnight on Snow Routes.

The annual ban begins on December 1 each year and ends on the last day of February.

Snow Routes are top priorities for the City of Winnipeg. The annual ban ensures that emergency vehicles and buses can easily navigate the city.

And while the nightly ban is over, parking bans can still return if needed after heavy snowfalls.

There are currently no snow-related parking bans in effect.

The City of Winnipeg reminds residents to observe regular parking restrictions as posted on street signs.
